Gates Building Envelope, Inc. is a manufacturers' representative agency founded in 2021. Together with our manufacturing partners, we serve architects, contractors, and owners in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC regions. We have 15 years of experience in the building envelope industry, both as a manufacturers' agent and in project management/estimation. This experience is valuable as we provide counsel and support throughout each step of the project. We begin this collaborative process with dialogue and questions in the design stage, paying special attention to details and thorough specifications. We assist with thoughtful budgeting, bid support, and logistics regarding materials and deliveries. Throughout installation, we are engaged, present on site, and can help solve any situation that may arise. We excel at and thoroughly enjoy supporting clients in all aspects of a project, from concept to reality.

Our experience with project management and estimation in exterior construction is beneficial in our contractor relationships. We pride ourselves in our knowledge of the bidding process, formulating questions and qualifications, and becoming a team during site visits. The role of a contractor in today’s construction has grown in scope, and we can shoulder some of that burden. From pre-bid qualifications to retainage, we have been there, and we can help.
